Rescue disinfectant for giardia?

Does anyone have any experience using the veterinary disinfectant rescue for sanitizing around the litter box area? I just got the update that my cats tested positive for the third time . Also any general giardia cleaning tips would be much appreciated!!

Hello B Beckett and family, and welcome to TCS! Though I have no experience of this I am hoping that by posting it will attract more responses and hopefully someone can help you.
