Recipes you're known for

I don't know if there is a particular recipe I'm known for...but I make a mean potato and leek soup. This is my adaptation of the recipe:

Five or six large potatoes peeled and chopped
Two or three leeks washed well and thinly sliced
six to eight cups of chicken broth (you can use water or vegetable broth instead)
One pint of sour cream (you can use heavy cream instead for a sweeter version)
salt and pepper

Simmer the vegetables in the broth on medium heat until tender about an hour, use a potato masher to smash the potatoes (or remove and puree, then return to the soup). Stir in sour cream and salt and pepper to taste, simmer on low heat for an additional ten minutes and serve with warm crusty bread.

I would love to have the recipes for the Pierogi and the Casata Cake!
