Awe!!
i have major knee problems... when i ran cross country my Junior year in hs(2 years ago) i displaced my knee cap-*ouch*- and i had to tape it over everytime i ran.. and wear a brace along w/ that... it was awful.. and it didnt fix it.. when there is a major weather change... hot to cold... it hurts really bad.. and, i cant walk a lot of the time..

I don't know about a clinic, but today my knee has gotten a bit better, still sore with certain movements, but a lot better. I think I will start with 5-10 minutes on the treadmill each day, I guess I have to do it even slower then I thought.

Swimming, if you can get access to a pool, is an EXCELLENT way to strengthen and aid in knee injury/pain/strain.

If you can do a few laps kicking slowly with your legs you'll do a world of good.
