I thought very hard about this....there are many things...most are either things my Grandma would make or only available in NY. But my answer is:

Tomato Pie! - - my mouth is just watering for it right now! Oh and it's not made around here to my knowledge either.

Oh man...this question is making me really hungry!! Of course, that could be because all I've had today is a peanut butter & butter sandwich...

I would have filet minon with snow crab legs and shrimp scampi, rice pilaf, and chocolate fudge cake with french vanilla ice cream drizzled with hot fudge for dessert. Oh, and I would have Mon Ami's (a small Ohio vineyard/winery) Delaware wine with the meal, and their Ice Wine with dessert too.
