In elementary school, either my mom drove me or I walked. In middle school and half of high school, I rode the bus. For a year in high school I got a ride from a friend, and the last year I drove myself. I for one, hated the bus, because I got picked on by older boys, and none of my friends were on the same bus.
In HS i rode the bus for 3 hours a day. In the 10th grade I started driving.
In middle school and elementary I walked. I didn't mind walking except when my book bag weighed a ton and it was a typical HOT GA day.
I road the bus! I wasn't a big fan of it in highschool, for reasons that I can't post on this forum. Lets just say that high school girls are mean and nasty.
I always lived in town near the school, so we either walked, or when it was cold/rainy, we got a ride from my Aunt. When I turned 16, I drove me and my brothers and cousins to school everyday.
Thats the perk of living in a small town of only 1,000 people
