I actually love to cook, but NEVER after a day a work! I think my signature dish is vegetarian lasagna (I have been a vegetarian my whole life, not my choice), but I can't make that here in Japan because we don't have an oven and the cheeses are impossible to find. I also definitely cook less than I used to when I lived in the States.
I have lots of cookbooks, but I also love to hunt on the internet for recipes that have user feedback, in order to get an idea of how to expand and tailor food. I also really like to just throw stuff together. Sometimes that comes out great, a few times it has been gross!
