Wow! That sounds delicious. I was vegan for 12 years but I had to give it up. It was just too hard for me and I really missed pizza.You're not alone. No turkey leftovers for me either. Our oldest is vegan, she's making stuffed kabocha squash and mustard braised brussel sprouts. We're having four-berry pie for dessert. I'm cooking separately for DH.
