My Poppycat has the most amazing hairs protecting his ears - the fur/hair is long, and thick. Sometimes it tickles his ears while he's trying to sleep lol

Does your cat have thick ear furnishings? Are they the same color as s/he is?

stardust has two different colored ears . one white and one black lol

All of ours have thick hairs protecting their ears, and regardless of coat color, the hairs are all a very light tan in color.

Mooch’s ears are a bit thin in covering.

My mom’s Olivia is long haired with thicker ear fur. She keeps getting ear infections so she’s going for some kind of scope procedure soon. I was wondering if her thick long fur is making it harder to heal.

I love a good ear tuft! Bowie's are long and black, altho as he's aged they're thinning. Not something I've noticed in any of our other long-haired puff balls in the past?!?!

graycie has fine hairs hard to see with my bad eyes looked like she had no whiskers when she was a kitten her gray fur just blends righ in and make her hard to see in dim lighting

I never thought to look at that before.

Po's is a bit thicker than my other two boys. His looks white and tan.

Morty probably has the least of all three. I ADORE the tips of his ears though. They remind me of Maine Coon ears.

Goose doesn't seem to be working with much either, but he is only 8-9 months.

My calico girls have thick ear hair, but my orange boy does not. In fact, they look just like B Beholder cats

Demi doesn't, just short white fur. I'll check Maggie tomorrow, she's asleep with Grandpa right now. I might get punched though.

My gray tuxedo doesn't have thick ear hair. So there is no excuses for not listening to me. Just kidding!

hard to see but there are hairs but they do keep her ears clean though

Flora and Maisie are short-haired so they don't have very impressive ear tufts. Remy is medium-haired though and he has a good amount of fluff in his ears. They area all colored the same main color that are (Flora - gray, Remy - black, Maisie - orange).

While with Graham its quite difficult to see with those folded tiny ears. LOL:

I just checked Maggie, her ear hairs are white, but not too bushy, not really that noticeable to me.

Blue has hardly any at all.
