On the west side of... of... somewhere.
I'm on the fence between... but leaning toward Introvert. I grew up in a family of Introverts, so it's to be expected... but get me with someone I have something in common with and I never shut up!! Maybe that's why my posts here are so darn long-winded... hhmmmm....

I've also been called Perky at work... God only knows why... I don't see myself as perky... I do tend, in groups, to occasionally talk... I like being there, in the midst of it, but not always shining in the middle... I'm perfectly happy listening... but if I'm in a group of fellow Introverts, well, I have a habit of taking center stage...

I'm a total introvert. I've never been good at making friends/meeting people, and I much prefer to stay at home. Once you are my friend, though, watch out! I never shut up

Ask anyone and they will tell you that I am an extrovert.
I love to talk to people. Everyone at the club knows my name. It is interesting when they say hi to me in the local stores because if they are not dressed in swimsuits or workout clothes I don't remember their names!

But I have only a few close friends.

Introvert, almost to the point of agorophobic. I am getting to the point where I do not like to leave the house unless I am going to somewhere very familiar.

I prefer being at home with my family, or with my close friends when it comes to socialising, the thought of being in a large group of people who I barely know (like at parties and such) scares me! It's always the feeling that you stand out for some strange reason...(unless that's just me!
)

I hate being the centre of attention too...

If it does go on for too long, after a while I will get quiet and try and make an exit.

So ya, I am loner, with spurts of being social lol.
Same here..I LOVE my alone time...but have energetic social bursts!

like a lot of people on here, I'm both. I was a VERY shy little girl, but loved to sing and perform on stage... so, go figure!

I was a broadcast journalist for many years and you can NOT be shy in that line of work. But at my core, yes, introverted... but very external many times.

I tell my BF that I am just a complex human being... he just nods!

Definitely a loner. I'm perfectly fine just spending time with my husband and kitties. I don't like going out and partying or drinking with anyone. I like the date nights DH & I go on by ourselves. It's been awhile since we've gone out with a group, but then again we also learned who our friends were after we got married.

At work I'm a little more towards the extrovert side, but that's where it stays - at work.
