We have a cordless with base in the kitchen and another upstairs in our office, and a corded phone in our bedroom. We never use them though. The cordless ones are never charged and our answering machine is always full so people can't leave messages. We just always use our cell phones. Hubby won't get rid of the land line, though, b/c he insists we need it.
