Summer..Not trying to lose weight, but the heat totally zaps your hunger.
You can say that again. :agree: The heat and humidity tends to affect me that way too.

If I skip a meal I start to get a pounding headache.
Just want to say Thank You, and thank you again for NOT saying it's a migraine when it's a only a headache. (I say 'only' because it's just the headache and not a symptom of something more - like it is for a migraine)

Actually I get migraines too, lol, but not from skipping a meal. I usually get them from weather related issues, e.g. sudden drop or increase in temps, humidity or storms. I swear my head is like a barometer. :biggrin: Although I have to say since being retired I don't get migraines nearly as often so maybe stress was a factor as well.

I'm a Type-II diabetic. I control my blood sugar by eating 6 small meals each day. Three of them are small snacks.
