Sometimes. Just ones with peanuts and salt, like Teddi Natural, made here in Massachusetts. I usually eat peanut butter when I need to keep my blood sugar steady at work or in between shifts and no time for supper.
I like pure, natural peanut butter - the kind which is just 100% peanuts and nothing else. I usually buy Meridian crunchy, but smooth is good too. I often pour off the oil on top too, rather than stir every time.
