I'm not sure which I prefer, over or under. I'll have to see. I agree that a lot of toilet papers don't fit the holders anymore. Walmart Great Value and BJs do. So does Target, but they don't ship in boxes anymore, and the plastic gets ripped, and the toilet paper comes dirty!

I would put it over, but it goes on the back of the toilet because kitties think the roller is fun!

Me too. Every time that happens I wonder what idiot forgot to put more TP in the bathroom. Then I remember that I live alone.

I do over. I used to intentionally change the direction at friends' houses who were very adamant about it being over just because I felt like being a jerk.
