Hrm i don't have these very often, but i'm a huge fan of bocconcini and goats feta, especially in frittatas *rubs tummy* I did have a camembert phase, but it got too creamy after a while. I normally stick to tasty of chedder now.

I love cheese! I think fresh mozarella is my fave. I like milder cheese.

BTW, I just made my 1st homemade cheese the other night--a queso blanco type. It was very easy.
