Hard choice. I think I'd have to go with Korean, then Colombian, Turkish and other middle-eastern cuisines. I eat such a wide variety of cuisines though I do most S. American cooking, my husband does largely Mediterranean, African and French cooking. Our friend is a very good chef and she does the Korean (though I do a little too). So...we are just plain well-fed in general.

French cuisine ... mmmmmmm !!!
You know, I was just going to add French to my short list, but I'm not really fond of the haute cuisine. I love the hearty French country dishes. Adn Middle Eastern, and...well. I have to stop now. I'm drooling on the keyboard.

This is a hard one!There are many cuisines that I haven't tried yet,so I can't say one of them might (or might not) be a favorite.I am a foodie,without a doubt,with so many that I love...oh gosh....tentatively I will say Italian.

The edible, non burnt kind
Just kidding, Greek, Italian and Chinese in no particular order. Italian might be in the lower score of the 3 because the cats usually try to steal my pasta :(
