Folks I used to work with put Tabasco or Pickapeppa Sauce on their fries and their potato chips. Ick! I like thick cut fries piping hot and crisp, salted. As they cool off, I might use catsup. I'm not fond of the chili cheese fries you can find here. They're gloppy. I'm on a restricted potassium diet now and potatoes are major no-nos so I haven't had any in over 2 1/2 years. I really do dream about them. (Sigh.)
