Greetings everyone!






What's known to exist only because it was caught on camera?





- Last year, NASA's Hubble Space Telescope accidently caught an image of a moving or runaway Black Hole in space that is creating a trail of stars.
- Some animals that were thought to be extinct have been caught on camera, like the possibility of the Zanzibar Leopard and the Silver Backed Chevrotain.

Unfortunately, the trail cams that have caught pictures are from the potato company, so they are not very clear. But, I hope that the pictures caught are of the Thylacine (Tasmanian Tiger).
I'm hoping we didn't wipe them all out and that they are still around.

I'm sure there are hundreds of animals that we only know about because of cameras. I can't think of anything specific though.

They just discovered 3 new moons around Uranus and Neptune.

Offhand I can't think of anything but I'm sure there are creatures under the sea that we don't realize exist but have been caught on camera.

Archaeological sites, like these, first discovered by planes, and then photographed.

Well, of course the ancient aliens who created them knew they were there...

I can't think of anything right off the top of my head, but this topic fascinates me.
