I named Speck before I got him. I wanted a cat with spots, looked at Bengals, and then my mom begged me to save a life. I went to a kill shelter and there he was, frowning down upon me from a cage. I knew he was Speck. But I typically go with cow names, so probably Tank for a gentleman and Mable for a lady.
