1. I'd try all of them if I haven't had them and there are a few that I despise (coffee, tea, eggplant, mustard) but would still eat, but there is only one that I refuse to eat: raw fish.
I wouldn't eat raw fish any other way, but sushi is awesome . I avoided the raw kinds for a long time but decided to try them once, and I didn't know what I was missing for so long!
13 for me. It was 14 but I decided that it depends on the mushroom. I'm flexitarian, but don't keep meat at home, so only eat it in specific dishes (ground beef in tacos, ground pork in dumplings, chicken strips (boneless), broths--it's a texture thing!) and will choose the veg option if it's available.
A lot of choices are things I wouldn't pick on my own but would eat if they were part of something given to me.
5, so not too picky. Brussel sprouts are one I don't like. The last time I tried to roast them with olive oil, I set off the carbon monoxide alarm. So that was the last time.
