Another vegetarian here!I've been vegetarian for just over 9 years. So I don't eat any meat, chicken or fish, but do eat eggs and dairy.
Vegetarians also eat cheese, milk and eggs. However, vegans do not. As a vegetarian I personally try to avoid dairy but that's a personal choice.Anyways, I personally don't think I'll ever be a vegetarian--I love cheese, milk, eggs, fish and chicken. But I love fruits and veggies.
Milk, cheese and eggs are considered part of some vegetarian diets although one could say they are animal by-products. Some vegetarians eliminate dairy from their diet and substitute almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, rice milk. etc. Legumes and nuts are included in both vegetarian and vegan diets.Unless I'm mistaken, and I very well may be, that's the difference between vegetarian and vegan.
A vegetarian will consume animal products such as milk, cheese, eggs, mayo etc..
where a vegan will only eat fruits and vegetables. I'm not sure about nuts.
