I broke my wrist playing basketball when I was about 10. I fell, and landed on my arm (broke out a front tooth, too!) Two years ago, I broke the humerus in my left shoulder, just tripping on a rug.
I grabbed a chair to keep from falling but it was a chair on rollers, so the rug, the chair, and I all went sliding and I hit the floor, landing right on my shoulder.
