had a banana at 7 then at 8 I ate my protein bar and another orange..I cant eat a lot all at once in the morning.

Had a couple cups of coffee at home, then an asiago bagel with plain cream cheese from Panera that I ate at work.

I am just now coming off the HCG Diet so I didn't eat until noon [the diet doesn't allow breakfast] & I had a full salad with carbonated water.

I always just have coffee and I drink one or two glasses of milk to keep my blood sugar stable.

Not so heroic, actually. Those were the only two things that I literally had left in my fridge! I was going grocery shopping an hour later.
