Usually in bed by about 9:15 p.m., read for 20 minutes or so (with Mocha on my legs and Iris curled at my feet), turn out the light, wait for Iris to walk up and do “happy feet” on my neck for about 10 minutes, then I’m out until about 5-5:15 a.m.

it varies, a lot. it depends on what time of year (winter/cold, or summer/hot), what i have going on that day and the next day, and etc.
