To me it's just another day. But then again, I don't know of any restaurants that would let me bring my kitties to the table. And I doubt they would have cat food on the menu
As for me and my DH we always do the same thing every Valentines Day. DH makes me dinner! You see he went to school for Hospitality and Hotel managment and worked in the industry for years before switching careers. So he has amazing skills in the kitchen. Even though I usually cook on Valentines Day he takes over the kitchen and makes me Filet Mignon in a whiskey peppercorn sauce with veggies usually asapragus.
For dessert its usually chocolate covered strawberries.
AND then we do the MOST romantic thing ever...we rent a funny movie. One year we decided to do do a Clerks marathon and watch both movies back to back.
