that's a really good list of vegetables you like!!!
do you like eating zucchini raw? i discovered that i do, usually serve it with a little salad dressing as a dip. i also like to make little zucchini slices (appetizer size) pizzas -- just put the slices on a baking sheet, add sauce and cheese, then pop 'em in the oven until the cheese is melty and lightly browned......Yummmm!!!
I like most vegetables, I'm a vegetarian. No I never had raw zucchini but that pizza sounds good. I know somebody that used to make eggplant pizza. That sounds good to.

Thanks to my oldest daughter I bake cauliflower with cumin too. She has taught me a lot about spices and seasonings.  So yummy.
you know, i never would have tried baking cauliflower with cumin had it not been for that sweet and sour cauliflower recipe. i generally do much better following recipes. although, i'm quite comfortable making substitutions or small alterations to recipes these days.

oh, that sounds interesting!!!
my mom used to make fried eggplant (slices), which i loved. she'd salt the slices and let them drain for a while, before dipping in egg and seasoned breadcrumbs then frying.

I like all vegetables except eggplant.  Yuck.  Slimy stuff.    Brussel sprouts are not a huge favorite either but I can force them down with the right sauce.

Tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli,  corn, beans, peas, onions, peppers - mmmmmm.    Yummy.
i can understand that!

that's a very nice list of favorites you have there!!!

Will sometimes eat but won't go out of my way for: Cucumbers, Corn, green peppers

Least favorites: Everything else, lol...I'm an extremely picky eater.

Pretty much anything can be good or bad depending on how it's prepared. So I can't really say what I like/dislike because it really depends on a lot of factors.
Pretty much agree with this, as far as ones I like. As far as faves.... celery is pretty darn good. I can have that in just about anything. Fresh spinach is good.

Ones I hate - onions. And peas - blech!

I'm a sucker for a green bean.    Actually, there aren't any that I really dislike, although I'm VERY particular about how beets and Brussels sprouts are prepared.  Most of the time I just won't bother with them, but I've loved them on occasion,
green beans......Yummmm!!!
that's super that there aren't any vegetables that you really dislike!

I don't normally like eggplant. That's definitely one that's hard to make taste good. But I've had some very good eggplant parmesan! So it still all comes down to how it's prepared.
ahhh, eggplant parmesan!!!
and a very good example of 'it still all comes down to how it's prepared'.

ah, yes! celery!!!
  and fresh spinach too!
i really like celery, especially raw -- with a bit of homemade salad dressing as a dip. i think it's the crispness and that it's refreshing that i like so much.

only two veggies that you dislike -- that's quite good!
