@NY cat man Smoke on the Water is my favorite song on the face of this earth. Always has been, always will be. I have the CD in Clarence and whenever I take him, Deep Purple is the music.

Right now, my worm is the theme song from Jeopardy.

I had never heard Smoke on the Water until I watched an episode of the Simpsons when Homer was singing along with it (off key) and messing up the words. That song is incredibly addicting!
I get random songs stuck in my head all the time and don't mind it at all, unless the song is annoying or stays there for days. I've had this stupid tweedly-sounding song from an 8 bit NES game in my head for a solid WEEK and it's driving me nuts.
Now, here's my real problem: I sometimes will whistle along if a tune is stuck in my head. Always done it. My whistling must sound like dying prey, because Lila goes into stalk and kill mode and will attack the other cats and the dog if I begin whistling.
