My homemade Italian or the one from a local Italian restaurant.

I always get compliments on my pasta salad and I tell people it’s the dressing! My mom finally started making it herself too now that they aren’t local.

Icould really go for an antipasto salad from that restaurant now. Also their spaghetti and meatballs. My grandma was the only one who could make a better sauce. And I make a good one myself.

Blue cheese, Italian and caesar. I like ranch but I'm picky about it. Jimmy John's kickin ranch is the best one I've tried. It's a bit spicy in the best way.

One of the locally owned restaurants made a from scratch "house dressing" that was very Italian, and very delicious. They'd never part with the recipe, of course (trust me, I asked!)
