Black coffee all year round but especially on cold wintry mornings. A flat white as a special treat in the afternoon made with almond milk. As for food, I like to bake in the winter months and homemade cornbread goes great when it's paired with chili,

i really enjoy a nice hot cup of tea during the cold weather months. i also make more grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch that time of year. dinners are almost always hot meals, no matter the time of year.

In the hotter weather we are starting to get in Oz (Although you wouldn't believe it at the moment...rain..rain and more rain) I like my green apple and strawberry' or pineapple smoothies with a big handful of crushed ice thrown in..or iced coffee made with heap of icecream.

A good craft beer goes down well too...lol

Our guy in our Brisbane office does that and freezes them in those icy pole molds...always a treat when on a visit up there.

I don't really drink anything different when it's cold, except on the rare occasion when I get a Starbucks coffee, I get it hot instead of iced.

A flat white is basically a latte with no foam.

It's better to use frozen fruit, because ice will dilute it when it starts to melt. If you google for recipes you can find a bunch.
