My bestie makes all her own clothing and 98% is from vintage patterns from the 40s. She does sell clothing but when you buy custom like that the price is highter than most people really want to pay. I have a short torso with a full figure; so I don't wear it well myself.
I miss flare jeans. Not the low rise jeans though. Just a small flare suited my shape better than skinny jeans. I'm happy in mid-rise jeans though. I think high waist wouldn't be comfortable with my gut either.
I also miss longer casual tops. Tops that end around your waist band do nothing for a chunky figure. They aren't super hard to find; but I've noticed some getting shorter. And some dressier ones look like maternity tops. I definitely don't want to give off that look.
