I'd start by renewing all the water pipes in the apartment. My daughter's room has become the room where everything is stored. Can't even get into it. I'd like to have a good clear out. Then......break the wall between the sitting room and.my bedroom. I need to make the sitting room larger. I'd like to get rid of daughter's room by breaking the wall between my room and hers, thereby enlarging my bedroom. Then break the other wall.of her wall to enlarge the Ex's room and good buy daughter's bedroom. Paint the whole apartment.and make it look like new. Maybe take the bath out. We don't use it. We have a stand in shower and we only shower. Make more room and.place for more cupboards..and last but not least redo my kitchen/dining room.
