No way that I'm going to invite people over to eat. I gave that up almost 8 years ago. They all turn their noses up (literally) at something. The vegans are extremely intolerant but the meat, or fish, or dairy eaters can be equally aggressive at the table. Let's just go to a restaurant and pray that no-one attacks the waiter! 🀣

Dinner --- would be easier for me:
Appetizers:
Spinach artichoke dip
cheese or hummus with crackers

Pot of homemade tomato sauce, with sausages, pasta,
Salad
Garlic Bread

Dessert:
not sure:
Perhaps one of those easy freezer cool whip pies...
Or just some cut up fruit... as the meal would be heavy.

Breakfast/Brunch

Omelets (I'll have the add-ins ready and you make your own)
Overnight Breakfast Pudding (a totally decadent French toast kind of thing that's prepped for an overnight stay in the fridge before baking)
Sausage or ham, take your pick
Warmed fruit salad
Mimosas, coffee, tea

No dessert. With that breakfast pudding, it's not needed. Trust me.

Chicken breast sauteed in a bit of pesto, cream cheese, and butter with a dash of lemon. Add broccoli or any vegetable you please. Simmer until all is done and serve with some shredded cheese melted on top. This has been my go to meal for years and people laugh at me and say it sounds gross until they taste it, then they want the recipe :)

Count me in for brunch too but I'm one of those annoying vegetarians. A veggie frittata, scones, fresh fruit and coffee.
I'm a meat eater but I've found a lot of vegetarian dishes I really like, you wouldn't be seen as "annoying" at my place! I'd probably pick your brain for some more ideas and annoy you instead

I prefer that we eat out.
I do not like the prep and cleaning afterwards. :)

I am seriously craving a roast with carrots, kluski (basically a drop dumpling, they can be made different ways) and gravy like my Grandma used to make for Sunday dinner. I'd probably make some green beans with butter and breadcrumbs too. Apple pie for dessert!:yummy:
