Good Morning Everyone!

Sorry I'm a bit later than usual today.

Today's question is about a fruit that I didn't have until 4 day ago.

Do you like pomegranate?

I had one on Tuesday. It was delicious! One of my favorite fruits

I have a wonderful recipe for a fall salad with pomegranate seeds. Did you know that if you peel the fruit under water in the sink the seeds will rise and you won't get any of that terribly staining juice on you? Just take them out of the sack and then scoop them out with a strainer.

Actually the seeds sink, it's the white part that floats. But that's the best way to prepare them. I cut off the crown and score the sides with a knife and rip it apart underwater.
