Happy Weekend!

How do you like your eggs? What's your favorite way to cook and eat eggs?

I love a good omelet. Failing that, I'll take a Windowpane, AKA Bird in a Nest, I think they're called. A thick slice of fried buttered bread with a hole in the middle for the egg. I'll take two, please.

What about you?

Every single way you can think of!

Scrambled with fresh chives, soft boiled with "soldiers", hard boiled with Dukes mayo, omelets galore, Shashuka, frittatas, sunny side up, etc.

Give them all to me!

The only thing I don't like is egg whites, alone. Blech. I've tried. Boy how I've tried but it's just blech.

Scrambled is my favourite but I like poached eggs and eggs Benedict too.

I have a hardboiled egg with lunch every day, just as an easy low-carb addition. I also mash one into my salads for extra protein. I make them Korean sauna style, because the regular way makes them too eggy.

At a restaurant I'll have them over hard. I don't like runny yolk. I'll make them at home very occasionally.
