We went out for lunch, so I did get dressed at one point, but now I’m out on the deck with sweatpants, sweatshirt and a glass of rose.
A purple tshirt, dark blue cotton pants, socks, sneakers, glasses, all the basic undergarments and grooming/hygiene items 
, hair tie, possibly a few crumbs from eating while typing this one handed.

Earlier I was at a birthday party so I was wearing a dress, black leggings and cardigan, but I got home and threw on my favorite t-shirt and some shorts. So I'm in my pajamas at 3pm.
I went shopping this afternoon so I'm currently in a baby pink jumper with jeans and some fluffy slippers.
I know this is off topic (sorry) but it's driving me crazy.
Is a jumper (in the UK) a sweater top or a sweater type jacket?
I know a lot of UK vs. US words, but a jumper is one I've not been able to figure out.

Yep, just finished a hard day's teaching and was about to get in the bath.
I added that as an after thought. I thought if I didn't mention it you might all get the idea I don't wear underwear.
The ultimate accessory.
No outfit is complete without an adornment of cat hair.
Very glamorous.
I always say jumper when I mean a knitted sweater.
A sweatshirt, sweatpants, undies, flip flops, and definitely cat hair. No makeup...ever.

I won't go out of the house without makeup.
I used to never leave the house without a little eye makeup. I got away from it for a while; but I'm pretty much back to it. I don't need a full face; but I get comments on the difference. People think I look tired without it but I don't use concealer or anything. It's just mascara, a little eyeliner and some neutral eyeshadow.
