I knock on wood (usually my head) as more of a joke than anything. But I don't really consider myself superstitious.
But I'm also the person who knows there is nothing in the bedroom and I don't believe in ghosts. So if I stick my foot out from under the covers, nothing's going to grab my foot, right? Right? Well, I know that nothing is going to grab my foot. I also know that I'm never, ever sticking my foot out from under the covers. Simply not going there.
