Wild-caught salmon with snow peas and cherry tomatoes.
Plum pudding with fluffy brandy sauce.
Yum.

For Christmas, it's baked ham with a brown sugar glaze and pineapple rings held in place by cloves, candied yams, cranberries with orange zest, mashed potatoes and gravy, and mincemeat pie for dessert.

Prime rib, Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes with gravy. Any sides you want to tuck in there is fine. Coconut cake for dessert.

For Dear Richard: Filled Crown roast of pork, mashed potatoes with gravy, either Sagaponek corn pudding or dried corn, asparagus. Cheese cake for dessert.

Another vegetarian, growing up my favorite holiday meal was turkey with mashed potatoes, (no gravy), peas & carrots w/onions, and fresh baked apple pie. Now my favorite holiday meal is butternut squash ravioli with broccoli and something chocolate for dessert.

Well, this year I'm having roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, twice baked potatoes, and that ubiquitous green bean casserole. No desert. Have diabetes, but I would love mincemeat pie.
