Raw broccli with ranch dressing!!!

I also love fresh spinach salads and corn on the cob!

I love most veggies, and eat lots of them. It's really hard to pick a favourite, and what I chose at any one time would probably be largely influenced by what it was going with and/or which looked nicest. The ones that turn up on my table most frequently, and in no particular order, are green beans, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, green peas, beets.

then cucumber, brocolli, cauliflower, baby carrots, snow peas, and I could go on LOL.
