Here in the Northern Hemisphere it's the first day of Fall, while in the Southern Hemisphere it's the first day of Spring.

What's your favorite thing about the season you are entering?


For me it is Fall's cooler weather.

Probably the autumn colours. It reminds me of being a kid looking for conkers in the forest with the leaves carpeting the ground.
It's all about the weather being decent. If autumn and winter turn out to be drizzly and grey then I mourn summer's passing. If it's cold, crisp and bright then it's nice.

The cooler weather. Down south the temp is still 80 or even 90 but with no humidity it feels like 75. Perfect for being outside.

Cooler weather means I can snuggle up in my hoodies. I love hoodies. Am I wearing a bra? Am I bloated? Did I gain an extra pound? Nobody knows.

I also sleep better when it's cold/chilly.

I'd have to say the cold weather too. There is just something so cozy about fall - I love the feeling. The warm sweaters, the fluffy socks, hot chocolate, etc. Makes me feel fuzzy inside just thinking about it!

I wish it could stay Fall all year round - cooler weather with no humidity, picking apples, pumpkins, using the fireplace and, last but not least, Halloween.
