Around 7-8 hours for me. I have to be careful, though, because it's really easy for me to stay up late nad really hard to get up in the morning. Part of me wants to go back and laugh at myself as a kid when I though being an adult meant you could stay up really late and then sleep in every day. :p

5-6 hours is ideal for me....much more and it seems to have a reverse affect and I can`t seem to get myself going!

Usually about 2 hours, then my back bothers me and I have to get up and walk....I might get back to sleep for another hour or so, depends on how my back feels. If I take an Ambien, I can sleep for 4 or 5 hours straight through. Of course I pay for it when I wake up, because my back is screaming agony. Getting old isn't for wimps.

to be totally honest i dont know how im still awake, its midnight here now i just dont feel like sleeping

looks like we have an average of about 6-7 hours for most people
