Absolutely. When I leave for work, I tell them "Mum has to go catch mousies, be good and look after the house, OK? That's my good girls. See ya later." If Cindy and Suzy happen to be in the same space at the time, I also admonish them, "Try to get along, will you?"

You actually leave 8-Bit in charge, I always thought that Scratch was the well behaved one

most times yes...

Patches and Beauty are the only 2 allowed to be in charge when we're both gone.

Whitey and Luna are too young and irresponsible.

OMG yes, I even leave the TV or radio on for Dino, he's the one who will be in the house mostly - and I usually ask him what he wants on
cartoons or news, he usually picks SpongeBobSquarePants

Pepsi is usually in my conservatory so I say 'bye' and 'guard the house!

Miss Moofs usually follows me to the car and sits on the wall, so I wave my goodbye to her

Teddy - well he's probably having some 'time-out' for being a bit rambunctious, so I have to tip-toe past his room

I always feel so awful leaving them for any amount of time! I kiss them and kiss them over & over with lots of hugs
I tell them both to behave while I'm gone...nooooo fighting girls! They're usually sleeping peacefully when I get home too.

Absolutely! And it's not enough for me to just call out "Bye girls! I love you!" Nope. I have to track each of them down (searching under beds, behind couches, etc.) and tell each one bye to their face (and squeeze in a kiss if they let me!
)

Of course I do. If I'm just leaving for the day, I call out a goodbye to them as I'm walking out the door. If I'm going away for a few days, I have to spend a minute petting and saying goodbye to each of them.

I do all of the above. "Bye Kitty Boo, I'll be back soon. Behave" *lol*

...and as I walk out the door I see her get on the coffee table which she's not supposed to do.. *sigh*
