I laugh a lot when I'm nervous. I play with my hands when I am anxious. I clentch my teeth together when I am stressed out.

I also do that. It's not that much of a nervous habit as I do it a lot when I'm bored. I seem to do it more when I'm nervous though. I also play with one of my rings a lot.
