butter, butter n jam (I buy all kinds of flavors from a guy at the local farmers market), peanut butter, cream cheese - those two with jam; honey, sometimes cinnamon sugar - but I haven't done that in a very long time. I will also make grilled cheese from time to time and sometimes toast the bread first. I am very picky about bread. I usually get mine from this really terrific organic bakery in town. They make a multi-grain to die for!
Lately, to save calories, I have been eating toast dry... this other stuff is now an occasional treat.
