It varies. I've been snacking on my own trail mix lately. I get dried fruits and nuts in bulk at a local place because I can get the nuts unsalted. I mix it up with pretzels and chocolate covered raisins and then freeze quart size bags of it. I try to limit other snacky foods around here.
