I'm not a big apple eater, but I do love a good crisp apple quarter and peeled with salt. Or dipped in caramel. I like apple butter, apple cider and applesauce. And Jewish Apple Cake that my mom used to make at Christmas time. Every year I swear I'm going to make it but I never get around to it.
