I tend to gravitate more to sweets.  Usually either some type of baked goods like pie or cake.  Fortunately the supermarket I go to sells those in single servings, they are outrageously priced when they are sold that way but far less dangerous for me.  I do occasionally crave the puffed Cheetos.  When I am craving those I do the same thing, a single serve bag only.

Fruit. I eat a lot of fruit, doesn't need any preparation except for peeling or a quick wash.

If I'm feeling low on energy a mug of tea with a big dollop of honey in it usually picks me up again.

An apple or banana, or if I need a little more protein then a piece of goat cheese or a banana with peanut butter on it.
