I L-O-V-E cheese. I love all dairy products and eat cheese every day!
I love so many,
I do not have a favorite, but rather FAVORITES:
ricotta
cheddar
feta
baby swiss
muenster
mascarpone
havarti with dill
yellow american!
@Winchester, thanks for reminding me about the cheese case at Trader Joe's!! I will have to make a trip there, they have some great cheese, one of them being Toscano soaked in Syrah. I love it. I hope they still have it. They also have Toscano dusted with cinnamon and one with rosemary and one with black pepper!!! The chili one sounds very good, I will look for it. Thank you!
All this said, if someone told me I would be stranded on an island with only a refrigerator and one type of cheese to choose, I would choose ricotta! I guess I could have said this in the beginning, but the mention of cheese makes me happy!

Extra sharp cheddar, asiago and piave. I like them all though, really.
Because of this thread, I have been thinking about cheese and last evening, just purchased Dietz and Watson Buffalo cheddar sliced cheese at the deli and it was soooo good!
