I'm not a big apple person, but my husband is. We normally buy Granny Smith or Honey Crisp. My husband loves apples in pretty much any form. If you put an apple pie or crisp in front of me, I'll eat it. :lol3: I like making a green salad and adding slices or a tart apple with some blue cheese.
