Good morning! :wave3:

Some days I feel like a walking medicine chest when I'm putting my meds into my pill minder. Between my scripts and then the OTC vitamins and supplements that I take every day, it's a process. Do you take a lot of OTC vitamins and supplements? What's on your list? Just OTC, not prescription meds.

Here's mine:
Calcium
Vit D
Biotin
Osteo-Biflex
Multi-Vitamin
PreserVision

1 Vegan Prenatal Multvitamin (not pregnant, they seem to have the best ingredients)
2 Calcium/Magnesium Tablets

I see lots of people here take the gummies. Are any of them vegetarian? Probably all have Gelatin in them?

Yes, I take a few. Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, Vitamin B12, magnesium and a Centrum Silver multi vitamin. The first three help with side effects from diabetes or the medications I take for it. The magnesium helps with sleep.

  • Chondroitin and Glucosamine
  • Calcium with Vit. D (my doc recommended a plant-based calcium because she said there’s evidence that it absorbs better)
  • Fish oil capsules
I used to use the fish oil caps in the cats’ food, but I got tired of messing (literally) around with the capsules. I switched them to a liquid version and now I’m taking “their” capsules.

I used to take Biotin everyday, but I've kind of neglected that. Need to start again.

I take 5000 units of vitamin D and a gummy multivitamin every day. I will also do melatonin when I'm not tired but I need to go to bed.
