 And Happy Friday!

We are having a big potluck picnic for everybody on TCS and you're all invited. We only ask that you bring one dish to share at the picnic. It can be anything you want. What dish, drink, snack, etc. would you bring? 

I think we would bring either Jack's BBQ Chicken or pulled pork with our espresso sauce.

Quiche.  It's my good old standby and I make a pretty good one, even if I do say so myself.

I was going to say the same thing!  I'm really good with them also.

So, now that Mani has quiche covered I'll go with my famous Peach and Arugula salad.  I've made this for many parties and it's always a hit.

Shredded barbecue chicken.  Same sort of thing as pulled pork.  I made it once for a potluck, first time I tried it.  I normally do pulled pork but I knew there were two people there who didn't eat pork so I used a combination of boneless chicken thighs and breasts.  I did it in the crock pot and it turned out really good.

I would probably brings quinoa, my mom makes an amazing quinoa recipe

I always bring pasta salad.  Our church has a few potlucks every year.  Plus a picnic at a state park.
