Just did a grilled radicchio last night. Never been a fan of it in salad, but this was awesome and would be great for a grilled salad, I'm thinking goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and mandarin oranges. The key is to soak it in water before you grill for about 30 minutes (with 1 change of water) season with salt pepper and balsalmic. We have a CSA share this year so there are a lot of new discoveries every week.
